Once you find a place to park near Santa Rosa Beach, get out for a quick walk along the shore. Pass soft sand, crested dunes and tall desert grasses onto a white expanse of sand that fades into transparent blue-green water. Wade out into the waves or enjoy quiet sunbathing. Either way you'll see why it's easy to be happy at Santa Rosa Beach.

Cypress Dunes is a 3 minute drive or 5 minute bike ride from a stretch of pristine uncrowded beaches. Indulge in Dining along beautiful 30A. Stopping at Gulf Place, Grand Boulevard and Silver Sands outlets.
Rent bikes and explore 27 miles of scenic paths along Hey 30A. Visit one of 10 near by golf courses. Charter a boat at Baytown Marina, or spend the day at Top Sail State Park.

My family and I love staying at Cypress Dunes! Anita's house is beautifully appointed and the complex has every amenity you could want. The area is so serene with gorgeous views, white sandy beaches, and dozens of shops and restaurants! This is our favorite vacation spot and we're already planning on next year's trip!
The beds in every room are incredibly comfortable & the kitchen has everything you need to make meals. My kids love the large infinity pool & bike paths. The house is close to all the delicious dining options, yet is on the quiet end of 30A where you can always find a nice peaceful spot for your beach chairs. We can't wait to return again!
We love the Santa Rosa beach area, and the location of the house is perfect. You can catch a glimpse of the ocean from the infinity pool and in just a very short golf cart drive you will have your toes in that beautiful white sand. We feel so lucky to have found this treasure in the beautiful town of Santa Rosa and to have also gained a new friendship with Anita and Larry.
We can't say enough wonderful things about this beautiful property. It is well-equipped with everything you need & feels like home away from home. Our favorites include comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, back porch seating, 2 masters, kid's bunk room, & golf cart. It's a short ride to the beach, restaurants, & shops. Nothing compares to this little piece of paradise!
Wake up to the sunlight with your windows open. Don't hold in your anger or leave things unspoken. Wear your best dress, use your dishes, make a big mess and make lots of wishes. And have what you want, but want what you have and don't spend your life looking back. Go to the ballgames and go to the ballet and go see your folks on more than just the holidays. Kiss all of your children, dance with your wife, tell your husband you love him every night. Don't run from the truth 'cause you can't get away just face it and you'll be ok. So give to the needy and pray for the grieving even when you don't think you can. Because all that you do is bound to come back to you. So think of your fellow man and make peace with God and make peace with yourself. 'Cause in the end there's nobody else.

The Amenity Center in Phase I offers an infinity-edged swimming pool, jetted spa, outdoor fireplace, clubhouse, fitness center, & a second-level sunset deck where incredible views of the Coastal Dunes Lake & the Gulf of Mexico are always found. Cypress Dunes community also features a recreational lawn area & tennis courts.

Take a stroll along the wooden boardwalk & you could catch a glimpse of some of the wildlife that is native to our area. Connecting to Phase II of Cypress Dunes, this rustic walking path takes you above the Cypress pond, where you'll find another resort style swimming pool with a cascading waterfall.
